New-build detached house and landscaped gardens built on a previously vacant plot of land.
The building’s floorplan features staggered facades to create dual aspect living spaces, each flooded with natural light and enjoying expansive views out to the surrounding gardens. A double-height, south facing main entrance space welcomes sunlight deep into the heart of the house and visually connects all three floor levels. Constructed from locally quarried Yorkstone, the new dwelling remains rooted within its unique setting.
We provided a full architectural service from concept design through to completion.
